How to get listed in Bing business listings

WebSanity Internet Marketing logoBing is a minor player in the UK search market but it’s good for Search Engine Optimisation (well, not strictly SEO, more online marketing) to try to get listed there in the Bing business listings.

Bing logoIt’s always been a struggle to get listed – the problem is that, unlike Google who provide an admin tool for adding and editing your business data, Bing don’t. In fact Bing outsource their business listings, and this has changed over time. Currently this is via 118.

Search for your business and then edit or add it. Expect a call back from 118 to validate your entry – and to give you the hard sell on other paid for services (just say no)
