Baker Engineering brochure website

WebSanity helped Watford based Baker Engineering by producing a very simple web site design and supporting them by providing the initial structure & content. The content was carefully developed with Search Optimisation in mind, together with the ability to extend areas such as Case Studies (which will be a key component in building authority in the eyes of Google & the other Search Engines)

We also provided guidance & reviewed a new Google AdWords campaign to help Baker Engineering avoid some of the common pitfalls that many small businesses fall into.

Features included:

  • Simple website design (chosen from a range of options)
  • WordPress Content Management System
  • Search Engine Optimisation SEO
  • Appropriate extensions to provide addition functionality and boost SEO
  • Training
  • Google AdWords advice & review

Ray Baker runs a long established electroplating business based in Watford, Hertfordshire. They focus on delivering high quality, top quality, personal service - Ray didn't want a conventional site, he didn't want to look like just another of his competitors! Instead he wanted to focus on the words and talk about Quality and Service.

Our website was 15 years old & of the shop window style (i.e. producing no results) plus we needed a marketing strategy. I attended a Business Link Build Your Own Website Course, where Gerald was the lecturer. Gerald's marketing knowledge was impressive, so I engaged him to produce a new website for us: so many web designers are great at art, but a website is a marketing tool. After only three weeks, and with a small AdWords campaign, it produced £1500 from 2 new contacts! We will continue to get WebSanity to develop the website & other marketing campaigns.
